• Refillable Products: Strictly prohibited return of refill products due to hygiene concerns and the potential for contamination. 
• Non-Refillable/Personal Care Items: Allow returns for non-refillable items (like containers or accessories) or personal care items if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase.
