About the Process
We are a zero waste refill store with a commitment to reducing plastic usage.
Bags dropped off for laundry (if in good condition) are sanitized with an all-natural disinfectant made with essential oils before the cleaned clothes are folded and placed bag inside.
We have options available for stain treatments and courtesy delicate bags.
Staying at Blue Spirit Retreat Center?
Speak with the reception desk, and they'll share the contact details.
We do a pick-up between 8-9 am or 12-1 pm, with a return around 6-7 pm, or earlier if we can.
Typically, laundry is left at the reception desk where we pick up and drop off.
We'll need to know the room number, name, and if there are any delicates (i.e., items that can't be dried in a dryer) or stain treatments.

We’re here to take great care of your laundry, and we appreciate your help in making sure your garments receive the best treatment possible. If you have delicate items—such as bras, lace, or specialty fabrics—please let us know before washing, so we can ensure they are handled appropriately.
Additionally, we are not responsible for items that get damaged because they require special treatment unless we are notified in advance. If you have specfic preferences or needs for stain removal or delicate care, please communicate them with us when dropping off your laundry. We have delicates bags and can air dry articles.
